The firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join a growing litigation practice handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who values courtroom work client relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis related to commercial litigation matters including contract disputes business torts and multi-party litigation Draft pleadings motions discovery requests memoranda of law and related litigation documents with accuracy and efficiency Represent clients in depositions hearings mediations trials and other litigation proceedings Manage client relations and communications while collaborating with senior attorneys on complex or high-exposure matters Qualifications JD from an ABA-approved law school with excellent academic credentials and an active Florida Bar license in good standing 3+ years of litigation experience (construction litigation or commercial litigation experience preferred) Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment Superior legal research and writing skills with excellent attention to detail and proficiency with document review platforms preferred Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney seeking litigation exposure, mentorship and long-term stability.
