Job Description Job Description Simpson & Mena, P.A., a diverse and growing law firm, is seeking a Florida Bar Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This is a hands-on role for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, client interaction, and exposure to a variety of legal matters. Our litigation practice covers insurance litigation, business and commercial transactions, personal injury, real estate, title & closings, family law, civil litigation, medical malpractice, probate, and trusts & estates.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Conduct research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal tools Participate in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial preparation Communicate directly with clients and assist with case strategy
Qualifications:
3+ years of litigation experience (insurance litigation preferred) Strong research, writing, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Active member of the Florida Bar Competitive compensation offered.
