Role Overview The Senior Counsel - Execution Management serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders with a focus on managing complex disputes, claims, and enterprise risk across major power generation and EPC projects. This role leads dispute strategy across the full project lifecycle, providing practical, risk-balanced legal guidance aligned with corporate strategy and operational execution. Key Responsibilities Lead disputes, claims, litigation, and arbitration across EPC and power generation projects. Develop dispute avoidance, claim preservation, and resolution strategies. Advise on execution issues including delays, change orders, damages, and warranty disputes. Assess and communicate legal and commercial risks to senior leadership. Manage outside counsel and oversee litigation strategy and budgets. Support fact development, document preservation, expert coordination, and settlement analysis. Draft and negotiate settlements, waivers, and dispute-related agreements. Collaborate with finance, insurance, and compliance teams on risk exposure. Monitor dispute trends and drive lessons learned and risk mitigation initiatives. Provide training to project and commercial teams on claims and dispute topics. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership. 10+ years legal experience for Senior Counsel with focus on disputes or construction litigation. Experience managing EPC or infrastructure-related disputes. Strong ability to assess legal and commercial risks. Experience managing outside counsel and legal strategy. Excellent communication with executive stakeholders.
