Job Description

Overview We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-5 years of experience to join our growing and well-respected Florida law firm. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated attorney to develop a sophisticated practice and gain meaningful courtroom and client experience under the mentorship of experienced trial lawyers.
Our practice includes:
Real estate litigation and transactions Commercial and business litigation Corporate and business law Contract drafting and litigation Construction litigation Estate planning, probate, and guardianship administration The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities Exceptional organizational and time-management skills A high level of professionalism, motivation, and attention to detail The ability to work both independently and collaboratively Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida or have pending Florida Bar admission. Our firm represents real estate developers, business owners, contractors, engineers, and individuals in a broad range of business and personal legal matters. Each partner is a member of The Fund, and our practice is built on providing practical, results-oriented legal counsel and exceptional client service. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth, increasing responsibility, and hands-on experience as a trial attorney in a collegial and respected law firm.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
