Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team, committed to providing legal counsel in the practice areas of elder law regarding estate planning, guardianship, probate and Medicaid. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in litigation, legal research, contract drafting, and client communication, all while supporting the firm's mission to deliver exceptional legal services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various legal disciplines, demonstrate excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that values proactive problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail. Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and statutory interpretation Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and clarity Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and participating in court depositions and trial preparation activities Provide expert legal counsel to clients on matters including estate planning, guardianships, probate and Medicaid Represent clients in court proceedings through effective advocacy and procedural law knowledge Manage multiple cases efficiently using legal case management systems while maintaining accurate records of all case activities Communicate regularly with clients to update them on case progress and provide strategic advice tailored to their needs Skills Proven ability in negotiation and legal advocacy to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw for statutory legal research and procedural law knowledge Excellent legal writing skills for drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and client correspondence Proficiency in trial preparation including evidence organization and deposition strategies Effective client communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while adhering to deadlines and quality standards Knowledge of legal administrative processes including case management systems and documentation protocols Join us if you're eager to leverage your broad legal expertise in a vibrant environment where your skills make a meaningful impact. Pay:
$52,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
