This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters, work directly with clients, manage cases from inception through resolution, and play a key role in the continued growth of the firm.

Our practice includes:

Commercial and business litigation Real estate litigation and transactions Corporate and business law Contract drafting and negotiation Construction litigation Estate planning, probate, and guardianship administration The ideal candidate will possess: Strong litigation and/or transactional experience Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills The ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating effectively with partners and staff Sound judgment, strategic thinking, and practical problem-solving abilities Exceptional organizational and case management skills A commitment to providing outstanding client service and developing long-term client relationships Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
