This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters, work directly with clients, manage cases from inception through resolution, and play a key role in the continued growth of the firm.
Our practice includes:
Commercial and business litigation Real estate litigation and transactions Corporate and business law Contract drafting and negotiation Construction litigation Estate planning, probate, and guardianship administration The ideal candidate will possess: Strong litigation and/or transactional experience Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills The ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating effectively with partners and staff Sound judgment, strategic thinking, and practical problem-solving abilities Exceptional organizational and case management skills A commitment to providing outstanding client service and developing long-term client relationships Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with The Florida Bar. Our firm represents real estate developers, business owners, contractors, engineers, financial institutions, and individuals in a wide range of business and personal legal matters. Pay:
$110,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
