As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent law school graduate to join our team as a full-time Associate Attorney. Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, trustees, and the courts. Attend hearings (training provided). Analyze legal issues and develop practical solutions. Work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment. Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Licensed to practice in Florida or awaiting Florida Bar results. Strong legal research and writing abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
