As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent law school graduate to join our team as a full-time Associate Attorney. This is an outstanding opportunity for a new attorney to receive hands-on litigation experience, work directly with experienced attorneys, and quickly develop courtroom, research, writing, and client advocacy skills. No prior legal experience is required—we are looking for intelligence, work ethic, professionalism, and a desire to learn. What You'll Do Represent clients in consumer bankruptcy matters. Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, trustees, and the courts. Attend hearings (training provided). Analyze legal issues and develop practical solutions. Work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment. Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Licensed to practice in Florida or awaiting Florida Bar results. Strong legal research and writing abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Professional, dependable, and eager to learn. Positive attitude with a commitment to outstanding client service.
