Job Description:

Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel to join our client's in-house Legal Department in Miami, Florida . This role will serve as a key legal advisor to the business, managing complex litigation and dispute matters while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risk and support organizational objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong litigation expertise, sound business judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, in-house environment. Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Strong analytical, advocacy, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal issues into practical business guidance Proven ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and stakeholders Willingness to work onsite in Miami, Florida Preferred Qualifications Prior in-house litigation experience or significant experience advising corporate clients Experience managing high-volume or complex litigation portfolios Familiarity with regulatory, commercial, employment, or general corporate litigation Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across functions Why This Role This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business leadership, influence legal and risk strategy, and play a hands-on role in shaping how litigation is managed within a growing organization.
