Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in personal injury law or related litigation fields. Strong research skills utilizing legal research platforms to support case development. Excellent legal drafting and writing skills with attention to detail for preparing clear legal documents. Demonstrated negotiation skills to achieve favorable settlements for clients. Experience with litigation procedures from discovery through trial; familiarity with courtroom procedures is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards and exceptional customer service. Strong organizational skills complemented by legal administrative experience to handle case files, deadlines, and documentation effectively.
