Discover how you can grow with us at www.dinsmore.com . Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for litigation attorneys in our Miami office. Candidates must have 4-12 years of insurance coverage litigation experience, including construction defect, automobile policies, and bad faith lawsuits. Experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial is required. Candidates must be well-versed in researching and drafting briefs and motions. A Florida law license is required and familiarity with Florida's federal court system is preferred. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $40,000 + in bonus potential.
