This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Shalimar, FL office in Okaloosa County. We believe in building strong team relationships and immersive learning, so we ask that new team members plant roots here from day one. Job Description Provide skilled legal counsel and direct representation across civil litigation and related practice areas Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and compassionate communication Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Manage an active caseload with precision, meeting deadlines while exceeding client expectations Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings Partner with senior attorneys on complex matters and absorb mentorship opportunities across practice areas Contribute to firm growth through relationship building and community involvement Qualifications Active Florida Bar membership in good standing (required) 2+ years of litigation experience preferred; we are open to strong candidates at various experience levels, including those from in-house or solo practice backgrounds Excellent legal research and writing skills with sharp attention to detail Strong interpersonal and client communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team Integrity, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to client service — these matter to us as much as credentials Why You Will Love Working Here This is not a revolving-door associate role. $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
