Job Description

A Palm Beach County-based law firm specializing in real estate law, with deep experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, is seeking to expand its team. Established in 1990 and headquartered in North Palm Beach, Florida, the firm is a recognized leader in handling complex real estate and commercial transactions across South Florida. The firm also handles litigation, estate planning, and environmental law and prides itself on delivering expert legal solutions in high-value and intricate transactions. We're currently hiring for full-time, on-site attorney positions in
North Palm Beach:
Associate Real Estate Attorney What You'll Do Draft and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title review and risk assessment Assist senior attorneys and real estate closers on transactions Communicate directly with staff members, clients, brokers, agents, and lenders Manage multiple transaction files from opening through closing What We're Looking For Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar 5-7 years of experience in all aspects of real estate law, including residential and commercial transactions Familiarity with due diligence processes, including title review Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills Associate Litigation Attorney What You'll Do Manage all phases of civil litigation, from pleadings through trial Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Conduct legal research and case analysis Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and depositions Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel throughout litigation matters What We're Looking For Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar 5-7 years of litigation experience, ideally including real estate or commercial disputes Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Trial experience preferred
