Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of real estate matters, including transactions, contracts, closings, and related legal documentation.
• Provide counsel on commercial and residential real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and legal instruments.
• Collaborate with partners and team members while also working independently on assigned files.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality legal service.

Requirements:

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of real estate law experience (commercial, residential, or mixed).
