About This Role:
Your Path to Impact As our new Associate Attorney, you will be the face of our firm for many new clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their estate planning journey. You'll step into a high-impact role, taking ownership of client engagement meetings, designing tailored plans, and ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to signing. This isn't about churning out documents; it's about building trust, educating clients, and helping them make informed decisions that secure their future. You'll be instrumental in expanding our capacity to serve more families and allow our lead attorney, Elizabeth Joiner, to focus on strategic growth and leadership. What You'll Be Responsible For
    Leading Client Engagement Meetings:
    Confidently conduct initial consultations (Life & Legacy Planning Sessions) with new clients, educating them on their options and guiding them through the engagement process with an 85% close rate.
      Designing Comprehensive Estate Plans:
      Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, then design sophisticated estate plans that align with firm philosophy and best practices.
        Facilitating Document Review & Signing Ceremonies:
        Clearly explain complex legal documents to clients, ensuring they understand their plan and feel confident during the signing process.
          Driving Client Satisfaction:
          Ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the engagement process, fostering trust and long-term relationships.

          Actively participate in and lead community workshops and educational events to attract new clients and expand the firm's reach.

          Support Staff:
          Effectively delegate tasks and coordinate with our Client Services Director and other team members to ensure smooth client onboarding and plan execution.

            Employment Type:
            Full-time, in-office (Pace, Florida)
              Compensation:
              $85,000
              • $110,000 base pay, commensurate with experience and performance.
              Benefits:
              10 Days paid time off after probationary period, discretionary bonus structure, health care stipend, and paid holidays throughout the year.
