Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a personable, organized, and relationship-driven Client Engagement Coordinator to join our Community Engagement Department. This individual will help strengthen relationships with clients, community partners, referral sources, and local organizations while representing the firm in a professional and positive manner. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, community organizations, businesses, and referral partners. Represent the firm at community events, networking opportunities, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives. Assist with planning and coordinating community events, client appreciation events, and educational programs. Conduct client and community follow-up to maintain strong relationships and encourage continued engagement. Coordinate with marketing, intake, case management, and other departments to support client and community initiatives. Maintain accurate records of contacts, events, partnerships, and outreach activities. Identify new opportunities to increase the firm's community presence and strengthen relationships. Serve as a positive ambassador for the firm's brand, mission, and commitment to the people we serve. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in client relations, community outreach, event coordination, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented. Comfortable networking and speaking with individuals and groups. Professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor. Ability to manage multiple priorities and occasional evening/weekend events. Experience in a law firm environment is a plus.
