Job Description

Seeking an experienced workers' compensation defense attorney to join a West Palm Beach-based firm. The attorney will manage a caseload of defense-side workers' compensation claims for employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in Florida, handling matters from intake through resolution; prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery; appear at hearings and mediations (remote or in-person); develop case strategy, draft legal opinions, and advise clients on exposure and settlement; and communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical providers while meeting billable and performance targets and maintaining organized case files. Florida Bar admission is preferred (or willingness to obtain), with a minimum of three years' workers' compensation defense experience and strong litigation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
