If you're an experienced legal professional with a passion for leadership, mentoring, and delivering exceptional client service, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Supervise and mentor a team of attorneys, supporting their professional growth and day-to-day performance Oversee workflow and ensure full compliance with firm policies and ethical standards Lead onboarding and training for incoming attorneys Track performance metrics and drive continuous team development Communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients and staff as needed What You Bring Active Florida Bar admission 7+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role Full fluency in Spanish and English — spoken and written Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills A proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across a diverse team Dedication to high-quality legal advocacy and a team-first mindset Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The Details Position type: Full-time, in-office
