We are adding to our team and need a bilingual English / Creole to work in our personal injury department. Must be fluent in English and Creole. Must have 1 year experience in a personal injury law firm This is an excellent opportunity to start and grow into a career

Key Responsibilities:

Speak with clients, medical providers, insurance companies and other legal professionals Set up insurance claims Request and obtain insurance coverage limits Determine liability Gather initial documents, photos, medicals, and other case related evidence Prepare correspondence Complete assigned tasks Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings with clients

Requirements:

1 year experience in a personal injury law firm. The posted pay rate is for entry level candidates with no experience. Compensation for candidates with greater personal injury experience is open for negotiation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• word, excel and online computer software systems.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
