About YOU:

If you are a driven Attorney with strong communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to add you to our dynamic PIP team. The ideal candidate must be a people person, team player, and business-minded to handle all aspects of PIP claims, including demand, discovery, hearings, trial, and appeal.

In this role you will:

 Manage a large case load.  Attend depositions and hearings.  Preparation of various legal documents including motions, memorandums and discovery.  Respond to complaints, discovery requests and file motions with the court as needed.  Handle all aspects of litigation up and through trial of the case and assisting Senior Attorneys in trial.  Delegate to a team of paralegals and legal assistants.
