If you are a driven Attorney with strong communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to add you to our dynamic PIP team. The ideal candidate must be a people person, team player, and business-minded to handle all aspects of PIP claims, including demand, discovery, hearings, trial, and appeal.In this role you will:
Manage a large case load. Attend depositions and hearings. Preparation of various legal documents including motions, memorandums and discovery. Respond to complaints, discovery requests and file motions with the court as needed. Handle all aspects of litigation up and through trial of the case and assisting Senior Attorneys in trial.
