Job Description

Why this role Join one of Florida's leading real estate law firms and own residential transactions from title through closing. You'll work alongside a collaborative team that actually respects your time outside the office — a rarity in high-volume practice. Our people stay because we've built something worth staying for: sophisticated work, a real culture, and the perks to match (including an annual all-expenses-paid firm trip). What you'll do Handle residential real estate matters end-to-end: review title and resolve issues, draft and negotiate purchase agreements, deeds, and leases, and represent clients at closing. You'll advise clients on Florida real estate law and coordinate directly with lenders, agents, and other parties — managing a high transaction volume without sacrificing accuracy or client experience. What we're looking for You're a Florida-licensed attorney with at least 2 years of residential real estate experience and strong title review chops. You're organized, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling a full docket. You communicate clearly — with clients, opposing counsel, and everyone in between. A JD from an accredited law school, an active Florida Bar membership in good standing, and a Florida Notary Public commission are required. What we offer $120K-$150K base , commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential Health insurance, retirement plan, and generous PTO CLE fully covered Annual all-expenses-paid firm trip (post-eligibility) A collaborative, multi-office Florida firm with a genuine commitment to work-life balance Ready to apply? Send your resume and a brief note about your residential transaction experience to Jennifer Youngblood, HR Director at jyoungblood@berlinpatten.com. We review applications on a rolling basis and aim to respond within a week.
