We are seeking a paralegal that can work in both areas of law fluidly.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for all calendaring of court hearings and client meetings. The firm utilizes on-line management systems and the candidate will be required to keep the firm calendars up-to-date. Scheduling court dates and coordination with opposing counsel and judicial assistants. Client Management will be a large part of the candidates duties. Handling client invoices and monthly client payments. (Family Law only): Candidate will have to be familiar with basic family law discovery procedures and will be required to review discovery with clients. Day-to-day business operations.

Work Experience:

Position provides training, but prior experience in Family law is required.

Skills:

Candidate will need to be technologically proficient. ADL Law utilizes an online case management system as well as online servers for client files. Proper temperament to deal with emotional clients, patient, detail-oriented, and able to work without direct supervision is a MUST. Reliability is Required.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Professionalism:

Required.

Compensation:
