Full-Time About the Firm A prominent civil litigation and insurance defense firm is seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join its North Miami team. The firm regularly represents major insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and corporate clients in complex, high-exposure litigation across South Florida. Key Practice Areas General Liability & Premises Liability Defense Construction Defect Litigation Auto & Commercial Trucking Defense Complex First-Party & Third-Party Claims Key Responsibilities Serve as primary trial counsel on high-stakes insurance defense matters from case strategy through verdict Manage all phases of litigation, including lead depositions, oral arguments, evidentiary hearings, and mediations Lead, mentor, and collaborate with junior litigation associates and trial support teams Maintain direct communication and strategic reporting with insurance claims examiners, risk managers, and corporate insureds

What We Offer Compensation:

$150,000+ base salary, commmensurate with depth of trial experience, plus bonus opportunities
