We are seeking a battle-ready Board Certified Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 20 civil trials as First chair to take the lead on bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay/Draw:

$125,000 base per year.

Commission:

Performance-based, uncapped — potential to earn $400K+ annually. (Full commission structure discussed during interview. High earnings require commitment and results.) $100,000 Life Insurance Policy (firm-paid)

Paid Time Off:

1 week after 6 months 2 weeks after 1 year 3 weeks after 2 years 6 personal/sick days + 6 federal holidays annually

4 plan options, including HSA. B asic health, dental, and vision insurance paid 100% by the firm. Benefits begin on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience handling bodily injury and UM claims in Florida. Proven trial experience with mastery of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Comfortable leading depositions, hearings, mediations , and full trial prep and execution. Skilled in presenting PowerPoint presentations and other visuals during mediation and trial. Aggressive, sharp, and tenacious — with impeccable attention to detail and case strategy. Strong courtroom presence, confident under pressure, and highly competitive.
