Qualifications Required Minimum of five (5) years of personal injury / medical malpractice litigation experience. Trial experience. Ability to independently manage all aspects of litigation from intake through trial. Strong deposition, motion, discovery, and case management skills. Excellent writing and communication abilities. Active member of The Florida Bar. This experience will give you an edge in being hired First-chair jury trial experience. Prior medical malpractice defense experience. Medical or healthcare background. Experience evaluating complex medical records and working with expert witnesses. What We're Looking For We're looking for more than credentials.
