Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service, negotiating effective tax resolutions, and providing clients with a path toward financial relief. We're looking for a motivated, career-driven Power of Attorney (POA) Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities Represent clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities under Power of Attorney. Communicate directly with Revenue Officers and negotiate on behalf of clients. Prepare and negotiate Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Penalty Abatements, and other tax resolution programs. Manage case files, deadlines, and required documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining client records. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Active Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Attorney license required. Experience in tax resolution, tax preparation, accounting, or a related field preferred. Working knowledge of IRS collections, resolution programs, and negotiation processes strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with IRS representatives and clients. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, tax resolution software, and client management systems.
