Job Description

An established law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience to join its growing personal injury practice . This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and hands-on litigation experience from case filing through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda. Take and defend depositions. Prepare clients and witnesses for testimony. Attend mediations, hearings, and case management conferences. Coordinate with medical providers and expert witnesses. Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials. Maintain consistent communication with clients.
Qualifications:
Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar. 2-5 years of civil litigation experience (PI preferred). Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills. Experience handling depositions and court hearings. Excellent organizational and client communication skills. Interest in developing as a plaintiff's trial lawyer. Personal injury experience preferred.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) required. Minimum 2 years of legal experience. In-person position.
