The firm is expanding and seeking an experienced HOA Attorney to join a growing team providing sophisticated legal support to condominium cooperative and homeowners' association clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned practitioner who values client relations transactional work and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis related to community association issues governing documents and case law Draft legal opinions amendments to governing documents and service contract modifications with accuracy and efficiency Represent clients in board meetings membership meetings and enforcement matters related to governing documents Manage client relations while collaborating with senior attorneys on complex community association matters Qualifications JD from an ABA-approved law school with an active Florida Bar license in good standing 2+ years of legal experience (HOA experience helpful but not necessary) Strong organizational communication and client relations skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment Proficiency with legal research platforms case management systems and electronic document platforms preferred Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney seeking community association practice exposure, mentorship and long-term stability.
