Primary Responsibilities Represent clients in all aspects of business immigration law Maintain a high level of communication with all clients Oversee and manage a team of legal assistants in case preparation work Assign and prioritize casework and projects as needed Train Immigration Assistants and Paralegals Establish and maintain casework quality and consistency throughout the office Liaise with other attorneys and share information regarding case preparation Maintain accuracy within a high-volume, fast-paced caseload Participate in additional office projects as assigned Correspond with clients and employees during the intake process Assist with technical issues related to questionnaires and document submission Guide clients and employees through the intake process, partnering with client services as needed Qualifications Typically 1+ years as a practicing corporate immigration attorney J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in the U.S. Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills (additional languages a plus) Strong organizational and computer skills

Working Conditions Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and reach daily Perform general office tasks (copying, filing, phone use, etc.) Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally Regular and punctual attendance Ability to prioritize and manage overlapping deadlines Flexibility and creativity required Hours may exceed 40 hours per week Occasional travel as needed
