Back To Results Litigation Paralegal - Law Firm Job Description Litigation Paralegal - Law Firm Our client, located in Downtown Atlanta, has a need for a Litigation Paralegal with experience electronic filing documents to courts in multiple states, construction or real estate industry experience a plus.

Duties:
Organizing and managing documents and case files Performing real estate records research Performing legal research Preparing correspondence Reviewing construction contracts Assisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders Coordinating the collection, review and production of documents and responding to discovery requests Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings Assisting with the preparation and filing of affidavits and notices of commencement
Requirements:
Legal and records research skills Proficiency in
MS Office Suite Products:
