Job Description

Workers Compensation Attorney Augusta GA On Site We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join a growing legal team handling claims across Georgia and South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing cases from start to finish. This position offers a strong work-life balance with no billable hour requirements and a consistent Monday through Friday 9 to 5 schedule. Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary $100K - $150K

  • Consistent Monday through Friday 9 to 5 schedule Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations and settlement negotiations
  • Provide legal counsel regarding rights benefits and case strategy
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions and other legal documents
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel insurance carriers and medical providers
  • Review medical records and collaborate with experts as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely case documentation Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in Georgia or South Carolina
  • Dual licensure in both states is strongly preferred
  • Litigation experience required
  • Ability to manage a high volume caseload independently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience handling hearings and trials
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
