Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Attorney specializing in personal injury litigation to join our team in Decatur, Georgia. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to manage a dynamic caseload and work on high-value cases with the support of remote paralegals. The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to handling cases.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 cases. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and outcomes. Handle daily communications with insurance adjusters. Negotiate settlements effectively to achieve favorable resolutions for clients. Collaborate with remote paralegals to streamline case management and documentation. Review initial draft and edit as needed. Represent clients in litigation proceedings, ensuring their interests are vigorously advocated. Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal deadlines. Must hold an active Georgia Bar license and in good standing. Proven expertise in personal injury law and litigation. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage high-value cases. Experience conducting legal research and preparing detailed legal documents. Ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, adjusters, and team members. Proficiency in leveraging technology for remote collaboration and case management. Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and client confidentiality.
