The goal of this role is to ensure each client is served with excellence, and is communicated with in a timely manner, kept abreast of his/her case, and that all supporting documents are handled properly. In addition, the Case Manager will communicate with treating providers and adjusters in order to support the case through pre-litigation. This position is a client care role, where strong communication is essential. In addition, through the partnership with the assigned attorney, the goal is to ensure that all support functions are completed daily, and the needs of the client at the pre-litigation stage are met within a timely manner. Compensation $50,000- $55,000 annually, salaried Duties/Responsibilities Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with clients via phone and email during the pre-suit process to address their questions and concerns and to provide and obtain updates
- Communication with treating providers, adjusters, etc.
- Manage Client Treatment
- Schedule all necessary meetings, including depositions, client prep, mediations, etc.
- Request Reductions
- Get all signed paperwork from client in a timely manner
- Prepare some legal documents
- Correctly enter all data in appropriate system
- Conduct timely follow-up on all outstanding documents/assignments and escalate whenappropriate
