What You'll Do In this role, you will meet with families following the loss of a loved one and guide them through the cemetery and memorialization process with compassion, professionalism, and care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting families with cemetery property and memorialization arrangements following a death. Providing exceptional customer service during a sensitive and emotional time. Building genuine relationships based on trust, empathy, and integrity. Following up with families after services to ensure their needs have been met. Educating families about advance planning options for their own future cemetery and memorial needs. Generating pre-need sales opportunities through relationship building, follow-up, referrals, and community outreach. Maintaining accurate CRM activity and managing your sales pipeline.
