Job Description

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people? Jamie Casino Injury Attorneys is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to join our Savannah team. At our office, the receptionist sets the tone for everything; How clients feel when they call, how cases get started, and how smoothly our team runs day-to-day. If you've worked in a law firm before (especially Personal Injury), you already know how much this role matters. Responsibilities You'll be the front line of the firm—handling calls, directing traffic, and making sure nothing (and no one) falls through the cracks. Answering a high volume of inbound calls and properly screening potential new clients Routing calls with intention—not just transferring, but making sure they land where they need to go Gathering key intake information and recognizing urgent vs. non-urgent matters Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and confidence Supporting the team with scheduling, basic admin tasks, and keeping things organized Keeping hold times low and client experience high (this is a big one for us)
What We're Looking For:
Someone who knows the difference between being a "phone answerer" and someone who actually runs the front desk. Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Prior law firm experience is strongly preferred (Personal Injury is a huge plus) You understand how to screen calls, meaning not every call is created equal You're calm under pressure and can handle multiple calls without losing your tone You know how to talk to people You take ownership… if something needs to be handled, you handle it Strong communication skills and attention to detail are non-negotiable This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a busy environment and are eager to contribute their organizational talents while supporting a compassionate legal team. Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
