JOIN OUR TEAM!
The Administrative Services Level I position provides organization of the center's clerical functions, such as compiling, maintaining, and preparing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence. They are responsible for accurate and timely filing of Bankruptcy Proofs of Claim and/or accurate posting and record keeping for Bankruptcy payments received from the Bankruptcy Courts and Trustees.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performs Administrative Responsibilities Files Proof of Claim assigned to department and maintains related records Conducts searches of previous and current bankruptcy cases Uploads daily bankruptcies Obtains and maintains bankruptcy court logins Serves as back-up for Accurint user id's Maintains Financial and Regulatory Control Posts attorney payments for non-bankrupt accounts and recoveries Completes all posting of bankruptcy payments Performs adjustments to accounts when needed to ensure balances Ensures compliance with all bankruptcy regulations Creates an Exceptional Customer Experience Responds to customer's needs in a timely and efficient manner Builds internal and external relationships Ensures customer confidentiality and private information is maintained
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to meet current certification requirements of various States and Federal regulators Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information Action focused Strong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal) Proficient with MS Office Suite products Must possess a valid driver's license, and have the ability to operation an automobile
Compensation:
$16.00-$18.00
