2+ Years Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of commercial real estate experience and a strong background managing transactions from through resolution. This role provides the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, work directly with clients, and gain significant courtroom experience in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including commercial leasing, financing matters, and real estate purchases/sales. Handle all aspects of real estate transactions from initial client intake to final sale. Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with up to date laws on contracts and commercial real estate transactions. Advise clients on purchases and leasing documents. Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable results. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Illinois Bar (or eligibility to waive in). Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate experience. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills. Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines. Commitment to client service, professionalism, and teamwork. Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience.
