Position Overview:

The ideal candidate has 3 + years of healthcare regulatory, administrative, and/or litigation experience. The role includes handling healthcare litigation, compliance issues, and professional liability matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage aspects of healthcare litigation matters. Conduct legal research, analysis, and high-quality writing. Handle court appearances, depositions, and client meetings across Illinois. Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and appellate briefs. Maintain strong client relationships and communication. Support firm initiatives, including presentations and business development. Stay current on healthcare regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school. Active Illinois bar admission. 3+ years' litigation experience. Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and professionalism.
