  • Full-time Join Our Growing Team Estate Planning & Estate Administration Attorney Southwestern Suburbs of Chicago, IL Established growing, caring and dynamic estate planning and estate administration law firm seeks a full-time associate with at least 3-5 years' experience in estate planning and estate administration.
Asset Protection, tax and/or special needs backgrounds considered a plus. Duties will include drafting of estate planning documents, estate administration documents, meeting with clients, correspondence, court appearances, managing client matters and maintaining extensive client, attorney and court contacts. Candidate must be an experienced professional team player for this small and growing law firm. Immediate client contact in a congenial work environment. Salary is commensurate with experience. Additional performance/bonus potential. Benefits including group medical, vision, dental, 401 (k) plan, long term disability and a generous vacation and holiday policy. Minimum Requirements Active license to practice law in Illinois Three to five (3-5) years estate planning and estate administration experience Strong organization, writing, and communication skills Ability to work independently within deadlines Attain or exceed firm revenue and other performance expectations.
