Drafting and responding to written discovery Taking and defending depositions Appearing in court Researching and drafting substaqntive motions and briefs Evaluiating liability, damages and litigation strategy Communicating directly with clients and insurance professionals Peparing cases for mediation and participating in settlement negotiations Working with experts and other litigation professionals Preparing cases for trial and assisting with trials
