Jostes & Glynn, LLP | Cedar Lake, Indiana Jostes & Glynn, LLP is seeking an experienced attorney who is interested in growing their client base with an established and respected Northwest Indiana law firm. As the firm expands into a new office space, we are looking for a motivated attorney who values professional growth, entrepreneurial initiative, and client-centered representation. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants the benefits of practicing within an established firm while maintaining responsibility for developing and managing their own client base. We are particularly interested in speaking with attorneys who practice in one or more of the following areas: Criminal Law Bankruptcy General Civil Litigation Tax Law Employment Law Workers' Compensation Disability Claims Immigration Law Administrative Law Opportunities may also exist to receive referrals in family law and estate planning matters generated through the firm's existing relationships and client base. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will: Be licensed to practice law in Indiana Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment Be committed to providing practical, responsive, and client-focused legal representation Have the initiative and motivation to develop and grow their client base Be comfortable networking, cultivating referral relationships, and generating business opportunities Value collaboration while maintaining independence in the management of their cases and clients Be interested in becoming a long-term part of a respected Northwest Indiana law firm Most importantly, we are seeking an attorney whose values align with those of our firm. The successful candidate will share our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity while providing attentive and personalized service to every client. Compensation Structure Compensation is based on a sliding-scale cost-sharing arrangement. Attorneys are expected to generate the majority of their own business and will retain the benefits of practicing with an established firm environment. A portion of collected fees is paid to the firm and applied toward shared overhead, office expenses, infrastructure, and support resources. Specific terms will be discussed with qualified candidates and may vary based on experience, practice area, anticipated volume of work, and overall fit.
