$100K-$125K + bonus potentialPosition Overview A well-established, full-service law firm in South Bend, Indiana is seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality legal services, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. The attorney will handle a broad range of estate-planning and probate matters, including drafting wills and trusts, advising on estate and gift tax strategies, administering estates, and guiding clients through complex family and financial situations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide counsel on estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directivesDraft and review estate-planning documents tailored to client needsRepresent clients in probate and trust-administration mattersAdvise on tax-efficient wealth-transfer strategiesWork with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to support client goalsMaintain strong client communication and long-term relationshipsParticipate in business-development activities as desiredQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar in good standingLicensed to practice in Indiana3+ years of experience in wills and trusts, estate planning, or probateAbility to hit the ground runningCan bring their own book of business with them (preferred)Strong drafting skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and client-management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively
