$100K-$125K + bonus potential Position Overview A well-established, full-service law firm in South Bend, Indiana is seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality legal services, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. The attorney will handle a broad range of estate-planning and probate matters, including drafting wills and trusts, advising on estate and gift tax strategies, administering estates, and guiding clients through complex family and financial situations. Key Responsibilities Provide counsel on estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives Draft and review estate-planning documents tailored to client needs Represent clients in probate and trust-administration matters Advise on tax-efficient wealth-transfer strategies Work with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to support client goals Maintain strong client communication and long-term relationships Participate in business-development activities as desired Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar in good standing Licensed to practice in Indiana 3+ years of experience in wills and trusts, estate planning, or probate Ability to hit the ground running Can bring their own book of business with them (preferred) Strong drafting skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and client-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
