Job Description
Full-time Description Full-service law firm seeks a highly motivated and skilled associate attorney admitted in New York with at least 3 years of litigation experience in foreclosure, real estate transactions, collections, and/or bankruptcy. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis of cases
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and judges
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- 3 years or more of experience in litigation
