Job Description

Adams Law Group is looking to hire an experienced Attorney in support of our Commercial Practice Group. We represent a diverse group of clients ranging from real estate developers, lenders, businesses and individuals. This broad-based representation includes but is not limited to commercial real estate transactions, affordable housing/LIHTC, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and structuring, franchisor - franchisee relations, tax issues, bankruptcy and foreclosure and commercial lending.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years prior experience handling all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions (including acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 deferred exchanges, commercial leasing), general corporate and transactional matters. LIHTC experience is a plus. Successful candidates will possess excellent analytical skills, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. An undergraduate degree in finance or accounting, and/or relevant work experience in those fields is a necessity. Candidates must have a license to practice law in Kentucky. Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience and is competitive with the largest law firms in Louisville, KY.
