2+ Years Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our Frankfort office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience and a strong background managing cases from investigation through resolution. This role provides the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, work directly with clients, and gain significant courtroom experience in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, wrongful death, construction, worker's compensation and medical malpractice. Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings. Develop case strategies and provide practical, solution-oriented advice to clients. Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable results. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Kentucky Bar (or eligibility to waive in). Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills. Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines. Commitment to client service, professionalism, and teamwork. Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience.
