In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a diverse range of practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, etc. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and legal analysis. Draft clear, precise legal documents and correspondence tailored to each practice area. Assist in managing case files and maintaining organized records within the law office's administrative systems. Preparing for negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings by gathering relevant evidence and documentation. Skills 0-5 years of experience requested - Looking for a driven individual who is eager to learn and expand their knowledge in this role. Experience with bankruptcy or foreclosure is preferred and highly valued, but not required. Strong writing skills with the ability to produce well-organized legal drafts that are clear and persuasive. Multi-state licenses are not required at this time. Tennessee and other state licensure is a plus. Experience with legal administrative tasks including case management systems and maintaining meticulous records. Effective communication skills for collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
