This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law and regulations, litigation, patent law, and landlord-tenant law. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong research and writing skills, proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw, and a passion for delivering exceptional legal support. As an integral part of our law office, you will assist in drafting legal documents, conducting comprehensive research, and supporting attorneys in case preparation to ensure our clients receive expert guidance and representation. Duties Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development across multiple practice areas Draft legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with clarity and precision Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, negotiations, and client meetings by organizing case files and evidence Support negotiations with clients or opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining professionalism Manage legal administrative tasks such as filing documents with courts or agencies and maintaining case management systems Conduct interviews with clients to gather pertinent information related to estate planning, family law matters, or personal injury claims Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas such as tribal law or securities regulations Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission or eligibility to sit for the bar exam Proven experience or coursework in estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation or patent law Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms Excellent legal writing and drafting skills with attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently within a fast-paced environment Prior legal administrative experience is preferred but not required Effective negotiation skills combined with professional communication abilities We are committed to fostering a vibrant work environment where your skills can flourish.
