A mid-sized, confidential civil litigation firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience to join its team. This role is ideal for a strong legal professional looking to work in a collaborative, respectful environment with meaningful case responsibility. Responsibilities Handle a range of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and analysis Manage case files and meet litigation deadlines Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances Collaborate with partners and support staff on case strategy Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (required) 5-7 years of civil litigation experience Strong academic background Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills Admission to NH and/or RI bars is a plus Benefits 401(k) with matching Health insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
