Job Description

The Law Office of Rosemary Purtell is a boutique law firm based in Needham, Massachusetts, specializing in domestic relations and family law. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in all areas of domestic relations/family law. Must be currently licensed to practice in Massachusetts, and able to work on-site at our office in Needham Heights, MA. Ability to conduct discovery and attend court hearings is required. Salary is commensurate with experience and commission paid for originations, as well as potential for partnership. Probate experience including estates, guardianships, etc. is a plus.
