Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estate Planning Attorney to join our legal team. In this pivotal role, you will lead clients through the complex process of creating comprehensive estate plans that safeguard their assets and ensure their wishes are honored. Your expertise will help clients navigate legal strategies related to estate and trust law, while also providing guidance on a broad spectrum of legal issues. Duties Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives with precision and clarity. Advise clients on estate and gift tax implications, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations. Assist clients in navigating complex legal issues across various practice areas. Skills Extensive knowledge of estate planning principles and practices. Superior writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence. Legal administrative experience including managing case files and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney eager to leverage a broad skill set in a supportive environment that values professional growth.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
